Brief Answer:
nose stuffiness

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

It can simply due to viral or bacterial infection leading to stuffed sinuses and inflammation inside the nose. For further reassurance get examined by an ENT specialist to rule deviated nasal septum.

As for now, continue using anti histamines and nasal decongestants like you are taking. Using antibiotic like azithromycin will help to reduce inflammation and restricting the upper respiratory tract infections with prompt recovery. Also use anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

Supportive measures should be continued, like Steam inhalations and hot beverages. Gargles with XXXXXXX warm saline water will also help to clear the dribling mucus at the back of throat due to stuffy nose.
