I would suggest you to update the information by your replies against each of the questions asked,as I did not get important information other than-
a-Consistent pain in upper abdomen(on right side or left side of upper abdomen)
straight to back(which side of the back -on right or left side of the back)
b-Projectile vomit of water/ and dry vomit.
c-Sometimes throat muscle spasm.

as its very important to have this information along with any test reports done in the past and currently-
