Hi,

I reviewed your facts and understood your health concerns.
But the data is insufficient to comment and to give you suggestions, on this complex/undiagnosed problem, after consulting with many specialist doctors. Hence I would suggest to update more information, which may take 2-5 sessions, before guiding you on this complex diagnostic issue with your Stomach/Back pain. Please update following information soon as follows-
Since how long you have this tricky stomach pain?
When did you got the last acute pancreatitis attack?
Which side of the stomach and back, did you get pains ?
On what basis you think surely that its not pancreatitis?
Update Any tests reports if they are done in recent past?
Any nausea/vomiting with each of the painful sessions you get?
Is this pain related to food intake?and what type of food-non-veg/fried/spicy/oily-increases this pain in stomach /back?
What is type of pain-dull constant ache/or with colicks/is it superficial stomach /back pain or deep pain?
Update the past /present lab tests/radiological tests done ?

Any other illness and medicines, you have in the past with it?

Give question wise -information and related information of the past.

If you are worried about the stomach and back pain currently, please let me know if you are on some treatment for it? or do you need any Primary treatment suggestions from my end?

Welcome for any further query or information in this regard, with the next updates.

Await for above information from you soon.

Good day!!

Hi,Thanks for the updates.I reviewed your reply and found it very short of the expected information asked.

I would suggest you to update the information by your replies against each of the questions asked,as I did not get important information other than-
a-Consistent pain in upper abdomen(on right side or left side of upper abdomen)
straight to back(which side of the back -on right or left side of the back)
b-Projectile vomit of water/ and dry vomit.
c-Sometimes throat muscle spasm.

So I expect you to reply question wise for the following questions-
as its very important to have this information along with any test reports done in the past and currently-
It seems that,By oversight you missed to give this information in your last updated reply.

Q-Give question wise -information and related information of the past.

Please update following information soon as follows-

i-Since how long you have this tricky stomach pain?
ii-When did you got the last acute pancreatitis attack?

I expect you to write your replied information against each of the above 12-subqueries.

If need be after study of this information ,some more information may be needed to evaluate your gravity and nature of the cause for your Stomach and Back pains.

As I don't have more information from you and no access to direct information from your treating family / or specialist doctors, its very difficult to get the feel of your complaints ,which is very essential to plan suggestions for your health concerns.
