Question: I have a sore on the tip of my tongue. Please advise a medicine as well as a natural remedy if possible.

Hi and thanks for your query.

I need more details about the sore on tongue to be better able to help like duration, size, etc. It seems to have been caused by injury from front teeth.

Also post clear photos of the lesions. These photos are not clear.

In the meanwhile try the following:
- Rinse your mouth nicely with a good mouthwash. Hydrogen peroxide can also be used to rinse the area around the lesion and then spit it out.
- Take more of citrus fruits. Can also take limcee (vit C) tablets
- If it is painful then oragel can be applied over the lesion.
