Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

Going by description of your symptoms , it appears to be prodromal symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection.

I would suggest the following which will definitely help in managing upper respiratory infection

1. Warm Saline Gargling: Add 2 spoons of salt to glass of lukewarm water and gargle 3-4 times a day
2. Antihistamine like Cetirizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime will be helpful
3. Decoction: 1 cup of milk+ 1 teaspoon turmeric+ 2 gm of ginger+ 10 leaves of tulsi( Holy basel if available)+ 2 black pepper+ 2 spoon sugar, bring it to boil. Have it hot , few sips at a time. To take it 4 times a day.
4. Steam inhalation for 15 minutes every session 4 times a day
5. Sipping Honey
