Brief Answer:
Reassuring.

Detailed Answer:
greetings,
hope you are good.
so there are some bald patches over your child's scalp.momate cream is a steroid based ointment. normally it does help.now actually a physical examination is required to evaluate if there's any anti fungal which is required or not? so I guess the best option for you is to evaluate and see the progress of treatment in case it does completely recovers that it is good enough else you can always refer back to your treating doctor and ask for some anti fungal if he feels so.
also don't be tensed as it is quite a common phenonomenon in children.
thanks and regards.
