Suggest Treatment For Solitary Hypoechoic Thyroid Nodule
Question: I have a solitary hypoechoic thyroid nodule. Bilateral unspecified cervical lymph nodes, small pulmonary nodules and they just found breast cysts and a solid mass. What could all this mean? This nodules started showing up in November and were not present in October. My doctor says due to my age not to worry. I'm 31.

At age of only 31 years, its unlikely that age related changes be seen. Any hypoechoeic lesion of thyroid especially solitary requires thorough evaluation by Surgeon. All the three things are unlikely to be related to each other.
I would suggest you the following
1. Thorough clinical examination from Surgeon
2. Ultrasound and Ultrasound guided Fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) in consultation with Physician
3. Thyroid profile test: Serum T3, Serum T4, Serum TSH and Microsomal antibody testing
4. Thorough examination of breast lump by Surgeon: Based on clinical finding, Ultrasound/ MRI scanning will be required
5. Also the pulmonary nodule requires further evaluation based on Chest X ray findings
It would be very helpful if you could prove me the image of Chest X ray and other investigation done so far.
