Brief Answer:
This could be acceptable if you are asymptomatic!

Detailed Answer:
Hi! thanks for writing to HCM!

Well, Variations in the upper limit of normal total serum IgE have been reported: they can range from 150 to 1,000 UI/ml; but the usually accepted upper limit is between 150 and 300 UI/ml

Your value is just above this level therefore could be evaluated in the clinical settings like any symptoms as follows:

Periodic or persistent itching
Hives
Itchy eyes
Eczema
Nausea, vomiting, persistent diarrhea/parasites
Sneezing, coughing, congestion
Difficulty in breathing
Asthmatic symptoms: wheezing, breathlessness, coughing, tightness in the chest

Therefore, I would suggest you not to worry about this as this is acceptable; please discuss this also with your primary doctor!

Also I would like to request you to come up with any follow-up question or clarification if any!

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Then these are possibly of allergic in origin!

Detailed Answer:
Hi! thanks for the feedback!

As per your problems of sneezing and itchy eyes, I could consider that these symptoms are possibly related to your allergy to some environmental allergen; please try to identify it and avoid so that it is controlled naturally.

Also check your eosinophil counts in blood as this is often raised in such cases!

Regards,
