Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness

Question: I have been struggling for years to sleep, but the past full year I haven't gotten more than 2 hours of sleep during the night, and will go days without any sleep at all. I'm exhausted and so tired. I want to sleep, my body just won't let me. I've tried meditation, lavender oil, valerian root, melatonin, passion seed oil, and listening to music, but nothing helps me to sleep. I have Hashimoto's, valley fever, GI issues, anemia, and chronic pain. Is there anything safe that can help me to actually sleep? I'm desperate.

Brief Answer: Sleep disorder Detailed Answer: Dear I am sorry for your symptoms. It's safe to do some examination before starting treatment and if they are normal you shouldn't be worry, it's just a primary sleep disorder which can be fully treatable! You need to do a brain RM and an EEG! You can start zolpidem during that time to avoid unsleeping! Wish my answer had helped you Best regards Dr Eris Ranxha
