Question: Started a few new meds for RA complicated by Valley Fever. 2 days now have had very

Brief Answer:
The medications shouldn't be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Considering at that list of medications and also after checking literature to make sure I have to say that none of them have any major effects on the kidneys.
So I believe the cause must be sought elsewhere, starting with a simple urine analysis. It is not uncommon in female patients for urinary infections not to produce any symptoms, so an infection is the first thing which needs to be excluded.

Taking Baclofen which is good with spasticity.
Taking gabapentin which is really good @ 900 mg/day, but started getting excessive fidgety, restless, tonguing and other stuff, so I cut it back but not out

Brief Answer:
Shouldn't be related either.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the additional information. I

Baclofen may increase somewhat urinary frequency but shouldn't change urine color.
Gabapentin or Fluconazole do not have any effect on urination.

Let me know if I can further assist you.
