Suggest Treatment For Skin Tags In Genital Area

Question: I have what appears to be skin tags showing up in my genital area in my hair and at the base of my penis. Maybe like 10 of them that all come on this the last month. There is no pain, itching or any other symptom.
Any ideas?

It can be skin tags or warts.
warts is a viral infection.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and these are genital warts.
It is a viral infection which is transmitted sexually.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by chemical cauterisation or radiosurgery.
