Question: For the past couple of months I wake up drenched in sweat, right before I fall asleep I my body spasm for a second, but it doesn't hurt, the last year or two my balance isn't great, when I wake up my right hand and fingers are numb and tingling but it goes away after a few minutes, sometimes it hard to say a word correctly, last couple days with these other symptoms I have sneezing, clear fluid after an hour long rigorous cross fit work out and I have a low migraine fo 2 days , my sinuses hurt nd I have been tired . Any ideas' I am 44, , 140 lbshave 2 kids, aged 7 and no high blood pressure or cholesterol, and am all the way through menopause,
