Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised and upload reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
You are having short term memory deficit along with decreased focus.
This can be due to stress and anxiety. Other possibility may be vitamin B 12 deficiency or thyroid abnormalities.
Possibility of alzheimers is less likely and requires investigations to rule out other causes.
At this age diagnosis of attention deficit hyperkinetic disease is less likely too.
You should get blood investigations like vitamin B 12, thyroid profile, liver function test, renal function and and blood sugar.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information with reports.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
