Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised and avoid exertion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
At this age, back pain may be due to muscular spasm or disc prolapse related.
Is there associated radiation to lower limbs?
Any urinary complains?
Any weakness in lower limbs?
Any sensory loss over foot?
Take pain killers with muscle relaxant like Aceclofenac or Naproxen or etoricoxib with muscle relaxant like tizanidine or thiocholchicoside.
Local pain reliever ointment can be used.
Pain modulator medication like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin can be used.
You need to get a Mri lumbosacral spine done in case of no response to treatment.
Avoid bending forward, squatting, sitting crossed leg and lifting heavy objects.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
