Brief Answer:
It can be cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you might be having cervical spondylitis. This is nerve compression in the neck. In this condition pain goes from shoulder to elbow and hand. To confirm the diagnosis I would recommend you x ray of the neck.If it shows that you have cervical spondylitis you need to follow these steps.
1. Avoid using very high pillow.
2. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal is helpful in it.
3. Soft cervical collar will give support to your neck.
4. Intermittent cervical traction exercises is also useful.
I hope these steps will help you in this pain. You can share your x ray report with me, I will try my best to help you.
Thanks
