Brief Answer:
Try a supportive underwear!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

This i probably a residual varicocele manifestations. Even when most vessels are obliterated and removed, there are some that can still continue to pool blood and cause symptoms once in a while. My advice is that you put on a supportive underwear, avoid upright positions and preferable lay flat and rest. In addition, hot water bath is not the best practice and you should avoid doing so further. Finally, I recommend paracetamol for mild pain relief.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
No hot water baths when in crisis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I simply discouraged warm water baths when in crisis and not all together. The above listed measures should be able to help with this pain. otherwise, there are no known homeopathic measures that am familia of or recommend to my clients.

How are you feeling today? Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
For swollen legs, yes...Not the testicles!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is indicated for swollen legs caused by venous insufficiency in which the veins are not strong enough to push the blood back to the heart. They are referred to as elastic stockings and can help. Reduced fluid and salt intake as well as avoiding upright positions are very important as well.
