Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed the facts of your query.I feel concerned about the unresolved stomach pain despite the Scan you had.
It seems you consulted your doctor for this problem.

More Information,please-
I would need more details like-
Since how long this stomach pains are there?
How these pains start -is it related with any particular food / or diet- like spicy/ fried diet?
How about your bowel movements?
What is the location of abdominal pain-upper / lower - and right / or left of abdomen?
Do you have acidity and reflux acidity?
Any blood / mucus in stools?
Any Fissure in ano / or piles you have?
What is the frequency per day and what is the color of it?
Any gases / bloated abdomen/ acidity with these pains?
Any other past illness you have with this?
Any history of similar complaints in the past?
Any chronic illness for which you take regular medicines currently or lately?
Was the CT or the USG scan done?
Any other tests- like stool -occult blood / ova / cyst test is done by your doctor?

My primary opinion-
Based on the limited facts of your query-
you seem to suffer from Gastritis - as most of your stomach pain comes after afternoon, where by that time you might be having your meals-hope so.Please clarify on this fact.
Possibility of EnteroColitis with Gastritis needs to be evaluated.
There seems to be some obstructive factor / or inflammatory factor, which is giving sever colicky pain in the abdomen.

I would be awaiting more detailed information from you, after which further suggestions would be planned.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Brief Ans-Update More Please to resolve your intriguing health issue!!

Hi Dear !! Thanks for the updates which enlightens on few untouched health issues in the past.
Your health issues narrow down to-Stomach problems with gases with pain allover abdomen.Lot of antibiotics for Cystitis.

Need More information please-
I would need more info as follows-

Any weight loss over last 18 months?
Whats your weight/height currently?
How frequently you eat HOME MADE-food ?
What is frequency for street/ hotel food?
Give me your days schedule of work and diet intake,is it spicy/bland?
Are the severe pains more on right or left side?
Do you passes upper or lower gases-give its frequency over a day / or if less- over a week?
How frequently you take tea/ coffee/tobacco/alcohol?
Do have morning joint pains/ heaviness in joints/ feverish feel in evening / pain in muscles etc ? and if you do have, tell since how long you have it?

My Impression-
Based on current updates-

You seem to suffer from chronic abdomen with pain in back / hip-in general.
Cause of it is to be found out, which is not certain till now.
Many causes could be thought of. But before coming down to specific cause which would suit your complaints and health issues, I would need above and any more information from you.

Plan of Do's and treatment suggestions-
Which would be evaluated after getting more information as asked above.

Welcome with any further query in this regard.
