Brief Answer:
antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome to healthcaremagic,

From your symptoms it does appear that you have sinusitis.

If your symptoms have persisted for so long then you woll do very well with a course of antibiotics. Penicillin group of drugs work very well for upper respiratory tract infections. You may need the course for 9 days.

Central decongestants are not indicated in patients wth heart disease. Talk to your doctor about locally acting decongestants.

Do lots of steam inhalation and drink lots of warm fluids. Avoid the airconditioner and cold foods. You can take pain killers like tylenol or ibuprofen for the headache.

Please see an ENT specialist soon.

Dr Rajkihsori Godhi.
