Posted on Mon, 2 Jan 2017
Question: I've recently noticed that I have been bleeding from one side of my rectum every time I wipe. my stool doesn't have any blood present. I've also been experiencing anal discharge, with my stool being green in color. I haven't experience any pain, only when I wipe, I feel a burning sensation and that's where the blood seems to originate from.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear User ! Thank you for posting your question here.I read carefully your concern and I understand.
According to what you describe could be several conditions that may cause the symptoms .You need further examinations to confirm the diagnosis. Here are some possibilities :
-Onset of an Inflammatory bowel disease .
- Hemorroids , fissure, fistules or infection.

To do the right diagnosis ,a local doctor( a gastroenterologist will be the best)have to take a look .He /She will do a physical examinations, a anoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, blood test and if its necessary a swab test .According to these result you will take the proper treatment.

Meanwhile follow these advices :
- avoid constipation ( drink planty of liquids, increase fibers in your diet, avoid spicey food , coffe )
-Take warm bath and dry gently without scratching( will help with pain and burning).
- Use coton underwear (not wool and not tight ).
-Keep the area clean and dry always.
-Sometimes during the day you can put ice .

Hope to be helpfull.
If you have any further clarifications I will be happy to help .If not you can closse the discussion.

I also can hear a lot of noises coming from my large intestine, tons of growling and bubbling noises. I don't know if that's something severe. I have no pain at all, that's what has me.confused

Brief Answer:
Bowel movement

Detailed Answer:
Hi again !
The noise that comes from your intestine are caused from the bowel movement that we call peristaltic of the bowels ( contractions of the intestine .)
Could be another sign of a possible inflammatory bowel disseae or just gas .
For the noises avoid carbonated drink ,drink planty of water , avoid being hungry for a long time , do exercises.

Don't worry you just have to do the examinations that I wrote to you before with a local doctor ,you will discuss together about the possible treatment .
Sooner you go for the appointment better it is .
Wish you good health.
Take Care !
