Brief Answer:
due to overdoing

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the query.

I feel that the red, green blue feet with painful toes are signs suggesting that you may be overdoing the exercises.

As per your age, you should do a 40 - 50 minutes brisk walking daily. This walking should be done on a uniform street with minimal ups and downs.

Walking up on a seriously inclined street may cause overstressing of the soft tissues of the foot causing subcutaneous swelling and dislcoloration.

I suggest you to reduce the walking distance and to walk on a uniform surface.

Keep the legs elevated over a pillow in the evening.

Application of ice packs will help.

If the symptoms do not show signs of improvement, you should get blood investigations done (complete hemogram, kidney function tests, serum uric acid, albumin globulin ratio) to rule out other possibilities.

Take anti inflammatory tablets with fibrinolytic enzymes like trypsin, chymotrypsin, serratiopeptidase to reduce the swelling and discoloration.

I hope the answer was useful to you.

Feel free to ask me any follow up questions that you may have.

Thank you.
Best wishes.
