Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Legs

Question: When I go to sleep if one of my legs get in the bent position in wake me up about 3-4hrs later in UNBEARABLE pain if I try to bend it. Have to massage it to get the serlation back in it, almost ever other night.Never any knee injuries,on thing fracturied my back at the arae at the back right above the crack ,also have three slipped disk in back and all caused by falling of roof of house
