Brief Answer:
Stress, low thyroid or premenopause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, three possible conditions should be evaluated further as causes of your symptoms:

1. since you aren't sleeping well, anxiety and stress disorder is one possible explanation of your symptoms

2. if there are changes in menstruation, premenopause and menopause is another possible explanation

3. low thyroid gland function also can result in such symptoms too.

Discuss with your primary care Doctor about these possible causes of your symptoms, tests ( such hormones and thyroid gland function tests ), and possible treatment ways.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if something unclear.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Further tests needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for the clarifications.

Since these three possible conditions are excluded, other less probable, but still possible conditions such neurological ones ( increased intracranial pressure for example ), should be considered.

There is need for imaging studies of the brain such MRI and funduscopic examination, in order to have a correct diagnosis.

Discuss with your primary care Doctor about being examined further.

Hope I helped you.

Wishing you good health.
