Brief Answer:
A few lab tests required to determine the right diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I understand your concern.

Nausea associated with stomach pain on the right side are indicating possible GI problems. If they started recently (in a few days), then, they might be related to:
- hyperacidity issues of the stomach: GERD, gastritis
- acute gastroenteritis
- gallbladder problems.

If I was your caring doctor would advise a few more lab tests to determine the right diagnosis:
- complete blood count
- urine analysis
- abdominal ultrasound
- fasting blood glucose
- HbA1C
- liver/kidney/pancreas function tests

Blurry vision, headache and thirsty could be related to changes in blood sugar or pressure levels. So, I advise to monitor blood pressure (bp) and sugar levels when you get these episodes and record the results.

For the moment, I advise to
- keep well hydrated
- have your meals regularly, do not skip them

All the best.
