Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain After Injury

default
Posted on Mon, 19 Dec 2016
Question: I have pain in my lower back from a fall where my lower back struck a structure as I fell.
It is concentrated in my lower left back and is rather severe when I turn a certain way.
Could this be a Sciatic nerve related problem ?

Brief Answer:
More probable for sacroiliac joint injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Lower back towards one side could indicate injury to Sacroiliac joints more than sciatic nerve, because Sciatic nerve injury should cause shock like XXXXXXX raising pain down the thigh with tingling, numbness and/or weakness.

Sacroiliac joint problems could cause pain on squatting, cross leg sitting.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
