Brief Answer:
It can be due to Lumbar radiculopathy (Sciatica)

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query and history of previous questions. Your problem of sudden severe pain in both legs can be most likely due to lumbar radiculopathy (Sciatica). X ray followed by MRI of Lumbo sacral spine will be helpful to rule out this.

For such condition in my patients I would suggest NSAIDs like Aceclofenac , Muscle relaxants like Cyclobenzaprine and neurotropic drugs like Pregabalin & Methylcobalamin.

Physiotherapy like TENS and massage will be helpful for this. Wearing a lumbar supporting belt also is good.
Avoid taking heavy weight. Avoid bending forward. Sleep on hard mattress. Avoid pillows and use orthopaedic pillows.
You can do hot fomentations on lower back with the help of some one.
A consultation with orthopaedician is well appreciated.

Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
