Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Hand And Wrist

I am a 52yo female.
I suffer with chronic rheumatoid arthritis. Due to other infections, I have not had my monthly infusion of Orencia since April 2013. Due to thesevere swelling in my right hand, wrist and forearm, I was administered depo-nisolone (2 injections, one in each arm). There has been a slight reduction in the inflammation on my right hand and wrist. However, my left hand and wrist (usually the much better of the two) have become extemely painful and swollen. What should I do; what does this mean?
