Brief Answer:
Eczematous Dermatitis and Xerosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image.
I can see dry, scaly eczematous patches on his legs. I suggest him to use a moisturizer e.g either Xerina lotion Or Amylac lotion, twice daily for these patches. In addition (after application of moisturizer) he may use a potent topical steroid cream e.g either halobetasol propionate 0.05% (Halovate cream) Or clobetasol propionate 0.05% (Tenovate cream), twice daily for these patches.
He may also take a tablet of Hydroxyzine hydrochloride 25 mg (Atarax 25mg tab), twice daily for itching.
Generalized body itching is perhaps due to dryness/ xerosis of skin which is quite common at his age. He may use a moisturizing lotion for his body e.g Venusia XXXXXXX Lotion Or an oat meal based moisturizer e.g Nourish Oat Moisturizing lotion, twice daily.

Regards
