Brief Answer:
May be yeast infection, antifungal cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome
I am sorry that you are having this problem.
Is there any redness in and around the area?
Is there any change in the bowel habit?
It is fairly common to have some yeast infection around the rectal area. That might be responsible for your symptom. But it would be better if you could upload the pictures of the area .
Try an over the counter antifungal cream like lamisil (terbenifine) twice a day for one week and see if that helps. If not you may need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis. ( We have to rule out pin worm infestation and recurrence of any piles)
If the itching is severe you can take over the counter oral antihistamine like cetirizine at night.
Hope this helps
Take care
