I would very much like to help you but for that some more information is needed. Headache can have many different causes. Only the classification of the headache types is a book of over 200 pages. So to at least try to evaluate the cause more info is needed.

By information I mean details on:

time of onset,
manner of onset (abrupt, gradually increasing in hours/days/months),
location of pain,
character (throbbing, pressing, lancinating etc),
accompanying phenomena (nausea, vomiting, increased sensitivity to light and noise, eye lacrimation, redness, nasal congestion, vision or speech issues, fever, etc, anything really)
History of headache in the past
Other medical conditions
Medications you take for this headache or other causes

Once you provide this information I would gladly try to provide some possible causes and steps to take.
