Take Two Tablets of Paracetamol 500mg (total 1000mg) now. Along with that drink a cup of coffee and please lie down and sleep for minimum two hours. you will recover very quickly.
Caution: Kindly donot exceed the dosage of paracetamol of more than
2000mg /day.
Make sure you have not taken alcohol today.
Paracetamol is safe in patients with PCOD.
