Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Dengue fever is one of the many viruses that can cause headache and rash but it tends to occur in certain areas of the world where the virus can be found.

The rash that you have can occur in dengue but in most there is also a history of eye pain and joint pain as well.
If these are present then you need to be seen because your doctor would need to assess for dengue and would need to do blood tests to confirm dengue and also to check your platelet count and hematocrit (checks amount of fluid in the body)

The rash can also occur in other viral conditions, it is called a viral exanthem. In these conditions the rash usually resolves as the illness resolves.

Because of the headache your doctor may want to rule out more serious causes but these are very very rare and usually associated with additional symptoms.

It would be best to be seen by your doctor to rule out dengue if this is present in your area and you have other pointing symptoms and also for a general assessment to rule out other serious causes (present rarely)

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
