Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most common reasons for lustureless hair and hairfall in this age is poor nutrition, scalp infections and stress.
I would recommend you to ensure proper balanced diet with good proteins for her. You must include eggs, pulses, soya beans, meat, fish, dry fruits esp. Almonds and pistachios for good proteins.

Regular head massage with oils like almond oil or olive oil followed by good shampoo will help.

In case, the scalp shows dandruff or infection then visit a dermatologist for clinical evaluation. Anti dandruff shampoo with ketoconazole will be of help.

Hopefully it will be of help.

Take care
