Brief Answer:
Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with yoru health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having swelling and redness to your face. This could be an allergic reaction or hives. They can come out of the blue for no apparent reason. As you have already tried is using the benadryl., If that does not help then adding zyrtec or claritin may also help. Otherwise if the symptoms progress or you develop shortness of breath then you need to seek medical attention ASAP. At an urgent care or ER they can give you an injection that will help almost immediately if it is hives.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any additional questions please contact us again
