Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis; coal tar based shampoo and topical steroid lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

You may use a coal tar and salicylic acid based shampoo e.g either Protar solution Or Salytar Scalp solution (shampoo base). Lather it well onto wet scalp and leave it on for 5 minutes and then rinse it off with water.

In addition you may also use Ultiderm lotion (Fluocinolone acetonide 0.1% lotion) for overnight scalp application for 2 weeks.

Regards
