Brief Answer:
I would like to give colic drops along with domstal

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The way of crying you described(stops crying when you hold her) is suggestive of colic.Flatulence is another important cause.
If baby is passing stool and urine normally, there is no fever I wont get overly worried(also because the cry is not persistent and relieved by holding her).
I would like to give her colic drop along with the domstal.Try to feed the baby. You can also give pacifier to make her comfortable. You can place your baby in baby carrier or sling with swinging movement.
The crying in babies due to colic or flatulence usually last for 3-4 hours but it may be there for 8-10 hours.
Avoid omega 3, 6, 9 in formula (if she is taking formula feed).

If she is crying for longer duration get her reevaluated to rule out other abnormality.

Please do ask if you have any more query.
Regards
