Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation

default
Posted on Thu, 17 Aug 2017
Question: Two days ago I was really constipated. All night tried going to the restroom but hardly nothing. Some pain in my lower abdomen/pelvic region. Towards my left a bit. I took some Milk of MAgnesia yesterday morning that that helped "Clear" my system. Even though I still occasionally felt discomfort. After I got home and rested on my couch for about an hour when I went to get up it hurt alot in the same lower left area. It feels like if I had done 200 sit ups the day before. It only hurts with movement. IF I sit for awhile and try to get up. I did carry some heavy boxes yesterday but not sure if that could have aggravated an injury.
