Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be pancreas problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Its unlikely to be a pancreas pathology based alone on the constipation. If there is absolute constipation meaning if you aren't passing flatus , let alone stool then you should be evaluated for intestinal obstruction. A kleen enema per rectal can be done twice a day for severe constipation if stool softeners, pro kinetics and the above mentioned meds did not work. To be more sure regarding the pancreatic cause, an ultrasound abdomen and amylase or lipase levels can be advised initially. Though the best test would be a CT , these tests are less invasive and can give adequate information regarding the health of the pancreas.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
