Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation

Question: I am having severe constipation and need a suggestion for relief. I don't normally have constipation but I have been sick and on a ton of medications. I've been drinking lots of water I have been massaging my belly and my back but the pain is excruciating. What a heating pad help? I have pooped a little but not enough to stop the pain. What can I do?

I'm would advise you to take polyethylene glycol, with after as it will help you with your constipation. In view of your pain I would suggest that you visit your doctor for an abdominal examination to determine the cause of the pain and constipation.
Are you on any other medications and do you have any other medical problems. Do you consume alcohol?

No I have been treated for acute bronchitis and bronchospasm this week. I'm not sure if it's from the medication I've been on or a combination of things.The medication I've been taking our azithromycin, Singulair, prednisones, Zyrtec, Nasonex, Benzonatate, and albuterol with inhaler.I know since I've been sick my diet is not been the best sometimes I didn't eat much but I try to drink water. My symptoms start it this afternoon abruptly
