Brief Answer:
blood culture

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Neutropenia can cause infection to attack the body very easily as white blood cells which protect our body becomes low in blood.
Sometimes before fever comes body becomes cold and you must try to cover your body with blanket and drink plenty of warm protein shakes to increase the heat in your body.
If fever develops then blood culture needs to be done.
