Brief Answer:
Need to rule out local pathology and Coccydynia

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Usually anal diseases can manifest commonly work localised and radiating pain.

Avoid constipation. Drink 2 litres of water daily.. Eat diet rich in roughage.

Also I want to rule out Coccydynia which is pain near the tailbone. If you feel pain, do apply hot packs. Sit on soft donut cushion.

Do get examined my a Proctologist to confirm any anal affliction. Get an Xray of sacral spine to look for Coccyx bone displacement.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
