Question: Hello Doctor, My name is XXXX. After Chemo I have severe bladder control problems. I take gabapentin, Norvasc, and donepezil. Flomax causes bad side affects. Do you have any suggestions? YYYY@YYYY

You have not mentioned regarding for what problem you had been advised Chemotherapy .

Will you explain your bladder problem precisely ?

The bladder control problem that you have is usually due to chemo induced Cystistis in addition to side effects of Gabapentin and Donezepil .

Consult qualified Urologist for evaluation and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
1) urine routine and culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) serum P S A

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
