Usually back pain with joint pain is common in Osteoporosis, where the bone thickness is less due to Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency.

It is advisable to get Vitamin D level tested.

She needs sunlight exposure. She can go for 45 minutes walk outside wearing sunscreen at 4:00PM everyday. Eat diet with Dry fruits, Paneer, eggs, green leafy vegetables, lean meat and chicken.
