Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety

Question: Hi
I notice that sometimes I replace words with other words. It's not frequent but happens time to time. Sometimes a few times in a day and then not for weeks. For example, yesterday I was going to say "the keys are by the sofa" but accidentally said bed instead of sofa. I immediately corrected myself. That's the other thing, I always catch it amd correct myself with the correct word right away. Another example is when someone asked me where an item was in the washroom and I said by the sink when it was actually by the tub, again' I corrected myself right away.
I have been stressed out for about 3months, constantly feeling anxious and worried. There are no other symptoms. The doctor told me that it's nothing to worry about because if it was, I would first of all do this very often and secondly, I would not notice and not correct myself. I am still very worried all the time and the anxiety doesn't go away. Again, this only happens occasionally. I'm not sure if it happened before as well or if I am simply noticing more because of the anxiety and stress. I would like a second opinion.
I am 21 years old.
