Brief Answer:
Yes it is possible

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Icliniq.

The onset of problem at 29 years of age is indicative od panic disorder considering the normal blood profile but it does not mean that other conditions can not present in similar way.

The possibility if low but I feel they should rule out pheochromocytoma a endocrine disorder which can present with tremor as well as panic disorder. The other condition which need to be rule out is hyperthyroidism.

I hope this answers you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Use of paroxetine and propanol is safe and can be used in both the described conditions including panic disorder. They can also be taken together and there are no contraindications kwon when used at the same time.

If they have checked for thyroid it must show but complete blood count do not include thyrod profile.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
