Brief Answer:
Conjunctivitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for using HealthCareMagic for your query,
Have seen the photo attached.
The problem is called conjunctivitis. Most likely its either bacterial or allergic in your case.
I suggest to wash his eyes three times a day with cold water.
Prevent him from rubbing eyes with your hands and try not to touch eyes ,as infection could transfer from one eye to other.
Ask your opthalmologist to start you on-
eye drop Moxifloxacin 2-2-2 (2 drop thrice daily).
Eye drop flurbiprofen 2-2-2(Analgesic)
Eye drop Carbinoxamine 2-2-2(antihistaminic)
Apart from that oral medicines should be started,
Tab Fexofenadine 120mg once
Tab Cefixime (As adviced by treating doctor)
A swab of eye should be taken to rule out if its bacterial or allergic.
Please consult your ophthalmologist and discuss the option of above mentioned medicines.
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Fem Lt contains moxifloxaccin antibiotic and dose can be increased to two drops twice daily.
As you kid is not relieved intially you can start the other two eye drops 1 drop twice daily.
Cetrizine 5 ml is ok
Howerver it's better to add antibiotic like cefixime 5ml twice daily for coverage of bacterial infection and for immediate relief.
Thanks!
