Question: Dear Dr,
I had protacted sex exactly 10 weeks a go. 3 days a go I was doing Sperm check up at home. So what happened is i was rubbing my right hand on my pines for about 4 minutes to release the Sperm out it did not work, so I had use oil to get it done I used castor oil all the sudden I noticed some redness on the head of my pines kind of like lesion. I'm really
concern if it's herpes please Advice.

This could be as a result of an allergic reaction from castor oil.

Hello! I have been through your question.
Based on your above mentioned fact (protected sex) I think there is very low possibility that these lesion to be as a result of herpes(HSV2).
The most probable cause in your situation is an allergic reaction from castor oil as well from the friction (hand rubbing on your pines).
You should know that exists side effects of castor oil when you apply on your skin. So, an allergic reactions can occur on applying castor oil on your skin(as you have done) and rashes and redness of skin could appear there.
Furthermore I need an attached picture of these lesion to define better the diagnosis.
But I suggest you to do an HSV2 IGg test just as a precaution.
