Brief Answer:
Needs management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

Redness is such a broad system and could be secondary to any condition. it could be an erythema to your dental implant as a reaction or it could be some skin condition like rosacea. It may be a condition called rhinophyma, a chronically inflamed skin with redness.

smoking, alcohol, hot drinks, spicy food, extremes of temperature, excessive sunlight and cosmetics or creams containing alcohol may also cause this red nose.

As you already have took laser treatment, so it will resolve gradually. Some times it may take upto a year to resolve completely.

You may use anxiolytics or antidepressants to see if it helps. Stay in touch with your dermatologist and let them help you in this regard any further.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
May the odds be ever in your favour.

Khan
