Question: my penis head has red spots and the spots creates some liquid, it is painless and the penis head is sore

I can see multiple erosions on glans. I would keep a possibility of genital herpes.

Are you sexually active?
If yes, when was your last sexual contact? and whether it was protected or unprotected sexual contact?

hello, thank you for your answer. i am not sexually active and did not have sex until now( I'm still 17) so i guess it is not a herpes.

Use a topical antibacterial cream

Hello.

Only the absence of any forms of sexual activity ever i.e vaginal, anal or oral sex rules out possibility of genital herpes even though the picture looks very much like genital herpes. I suggest you to use a topical antibacterial cream e. mupirocin Or fusidic acid cream, twice daily for a week.
