Thank you for the follow-up question.

It is difficult to decide the diagnoses of something without seeing it and without having a full description of it.

I think it may either be a contact dermatitis or a fungal infection.

Please for now apply a cream like Clotrimazole 2% or Lamisil 1% twice/day for 1-2 weeks and let me know how is it doing.
