Hi and welcome. I am glad it is better,I am sure it will improve completely soon. There are many OTC ointment for fungal infection such as Proclearz,Daktarin or Lamisil and these have similar effectiveness so it should not be problem to treat it. you can also have toe baths in warm salty water 3 days daily. If there wont be improvement then you should take nail swab test to detect exact type of fungi causing it. Wish you good health. Regards
