Suggest Treatment For Red Shiny Rash On Penis Head
Question: Sir, the tip of my penis head has one red shiny rash for more than a month. I also had some sores before which got cured and after the cure the area on which sores present are still brown in colour. i regularly clean my penis. Whom should i consult with a dermatologist or urologist.

The sores could be herpesvirus infection or fungal infection.
If there was presence of blisters prior to the rash associated with pain and burning it most probably is herpesvirus infection.
If there were itchy sores and no blisters then it may be probably a fungal infection.

In your photograph I can appreciate only brown coloured pigmentation. I can't see any red rash.
However the red rash on the penis can be due psoriasis, lichen planus or candida infection.You need to see the doctor in person to get examined clinically so that the diagnosis can be confirmed and treatment can be started accordingly.
I don't think any of these diseases will cause any problem in your married life.
Regarding the medicines they can be started once the diagnosis is confirmed.
